Shipping and Delivery

We have partnered with DHL, GLS and UPS to ship your orders fast and secure from one of our EU warehouses. If the product is not in our EU stock it will be sent from our HK warehouse. But for EU clients, we import it first to our EU warehouse and then send it to you so that you don’t have to pay VAT or import fees. Processing time for your order will not be more than 5 working days. In most cases, we usually ship your order within 24 hours after receiving the payment. After the order is processed and given to the selected courier, shipping and delivery times vary based on your country of residence. You can expect to receive your item in just a couple of days when sent from our EU warehouse and in 10-15 business days if sent from our HK warehouse. If your order hasn’t reached you within 15 business days please contact your local post office first. They might be holding the package for you. If you think that your order is taking way longer than it should and your local post office was not able to help, feel free to contact us and we’ll see what can be done. When contacting us, tell us your order number and the full correct delivery address. When an order is shipped, tracking info will be available within 1-3 days. Sometimes it may take a little longer for the info to appear. If you can’t see any tracking information after 5 business days, please contact us to see where the problem is. If you are ordering from one of the European Union countries, you will not be charged VAT or any customs charges. We pay these fees so you don’t have to! The total billed at checkout is the final amount you pay, with no additional charges at the time of delivery. For the rest of the world, customers are responsible for any import fees that will vary based on the country you live in.
