From the factory, all laptops come with a Chinese version of Windows 11, where you cannot change the language. To have the device in your language, please choose the Windows 11 Pro on the product page. Alternatively, you can install Windows from a bootable USB yourself.

You will see the shipping cost at the end of the checkout process. It is based on where you live.

We use Stripe to securely process your payments. This means that you can pay by any major credit card as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

All orders are sent from our EU warehouse. If the product is out of stock, we import it first to our EU warehouse and then send it to you so that you don’t have to pay VAT or import fees. Delivery is 2-5 business days once it’s shipped. If we run out of stock in our EU warehouse, delivery can take 10-15 business days.

After successful payment, you will get an email notification that your order is processing. Please allow 1-3 working days to process your order. After that, you will receive an email notification that your order is shipped. You can then track your order with the tracking number that we provide.

Yes. After successful payment, an invoice will be sent to your email address.

If after 3 working days, your order still hasn’t been shipped, this probably means that the laptop color or variation that you’ve ordered is in limited stock. Please contact our support team to find a solution.
